Dr. Chebli Akli Islam has a PharmD and Ph.D. in Toxicology. His Doctoral thesis focused on the effects and consumption of CBD. He therefore has one of the most thorough understanding of the potential therapeutic and health benefits of CBD in the world. 

Dr. Islam has completed multiple projects associated with the Laboratory of Toxicology. His research on CBD has been published in journals and he continues his work on CBD by teaching about CBD at Universities. 

It was Dr. Islam's research that concluded that CBD has an incredibly low potential for addiction, at less than 0.001%.
