Refunds and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit note or exchange.

Change of Mind & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to change of mind, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It cannot be a clearance item.

  • Contact us at and let us know you have changed your mind.
  • We will ask you to return the goods back to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.
  • If a refund was requested a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment. Once we process your refund it could upto 3 working days depending on your bank.
  • If an exchange was requested you will be provided with a credit note to use towards another product.

Faulty Items

Faulty or defective items are eligible for replacement only. Clearance items are eligible for a credit note only. To be obtain a replacement/credit note please follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of your order or as soon as a fault develops) by sending an email to with images and/or video of the fault.
  • If a fault developed after you received the goods, the evidence or proof should indicate that it was of no fault of your own.
  • Return the faulty goods back to us using the postage label provided. This will either be sent to you via email or it will have arrived with your goods.
  • Once we receive the faulty goods, we will dispatch a replacement.

Accidental damage is not considered a developed fault.

Products exempt from refunds

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure please get in touch first.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Clearance items are exempt from refunds

Clearance Items

Clearance items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If your item is faulty, you are eligible for a credit note only for the value of the purchase. Please follow the steps outlined above for faulty goods in order to receive your credit note.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you are directly advised by us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
