Order Hasn't Arrived
Your order should arrive within the times stipulated. However, there can be delays by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days after receiving your dispatch email, please get in touch with us.
Our Compensation/Replacement Policies for Non-Delivered Items
- Order is marked as delivered, tracking shows delivered and accepted by a household member, but you have still not received your order: In this instance we would ask you to double check the shipping address when you placed the order, check your front/back garden or what would be considered a safe place for the delivery driver to leave the package and finally check with neighbours in case the driver handed your package to them. If your package is still lost, please reach out and we will launch an investigation with Royal Mail. A replacement order will only be dispatched if the investigation reveals that the package was confirmed not delivered.
- It has been more than 15 days since dispatch when selecting Free or Tracked 24/48 services: If it hasn't been more than 15 days, still do get in touch, however, we will not be able to launch an investigation until 15 days have passed since dispatch as this is Royal Mail's policy. Once the investigation outcome has been confirmed we will dispatch a replacement.
- It has been more than 10 days since dispatch when selecting Guaranteed Next Day 1pm: If it hasn't been more than 10 days, still do get in touch, however, we may not be able to launch an investigation until 10 working days have passed as this is Royal Mail's policy. Once the investigation outcome is confirmed we will send out a replacement.
Our Compensation/Replacement Policies for Delayed Items
Full shipping cost refund is only available for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm. Unfortunately we do not offer compensation in any form for delayed orders on other shipping services when the courier is responsible for the delay.
