CBD oil small vape pen is relatively safe and is unlike cannabis. It is also much safer than tobacco. Thus, it is classified as a Novel Food in the UK. Well, that technically means that it is safe for most age groups. Nonetheless, the Food and Standards Agency (FSA) recommends that those below the age of 18 should not use CBD unless recommended by a healthcare provider.[1]
Although the above guidelines do not explicitly say that CBD must not be sold to those under the age of 18, it does clearly state that its use in younger adults and children is not recommended. It means that most sellers would not sell CBD products to those below the age of 18.
