Refillable vape pens for CBD have certain benefits over disposable ones, as they are made of better quality and made to last. Thus, those who vape regularly prefer to fill their cartridge. This also has other benefits like cost-effectiveness and is an environment-friendly option. Additionally, there is also a good choice of e-liquids. Hence some people like the freedom it provides. Below is a complete guide to refilling vape pen cartridge. Â
Before you start, make sure you have the following supplies on hand:
Before you proceed, ensure that your cartridge is designed to be refillable. Using a non-refillable cartridge can lead to leaks and potential damage to your vape pen.
Start by disconnecting the cartridge from the battery section of your vape pen. Do it by unscrewing the cartridge in a counter-clockwise direction.
Most cartridges have a rubber stopper or cap; remove it by pulling it off. You may need to unscrew a top or bottom cap in some designs.
Carefully fill the cartridge using your e-liquid bottle or dropper. Aim to fill it about 90%, allowing room to replace the stopper without overflowing.
After filling, securely replace the rubber stopper or screw the cap back onto the cartridge, ensuring it is tightly closed and does not leak. After this, use a paper towel to wipe away any excess liquid from the cartridge and your hands.
Carefully screw the cartridge back onto the battery section of your vape pen. Do not over tighten, as this may cause damage to the threads.
To prime your pen, take a few short puffs without pressing the button on your battery (if it has one). This allows the e-liquid to soak into the wick and helps prevent dry or burnt hits.
Refilling a vape pen cartridge is a simple, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly way to keep your vaping experience fresh and enjoyable. Always handle e-liquids with care and keep them out of the reach of children and pets.
