Mouth-to-lung vaping, or MTL, is a technique that involves drawing the vapor into your mouth, holding it momentarily, and then either exhaling it directly or inhaling briefly into the lungs before exhaling. This method is akin to how one smokes a traditional cigarette and allows for a flavourful experience without intense lung exposure.
To effectively vape without deep inhalation, opt for a device designed for MTL vaping. These devices typically have higher resistance coils and a tighter draw, resembling the act of sucking on a straw. They generally operate at lower wattages, which means cooler and more comfortable vapor.
To MTL vape, slowly draw on the device until your mouth fills with vapor, then pause. At this point, you can either exhale the vapor directly from your mouth or take a short and gentle inhale into your lungs before exhaling. Practice makes perfect, and finding your rhythm may take a few tries.
