CBD e-liquid is available in a multitude of different strengths. You can purchase a CBD e-liquid with 100 mg of CBD or 1,000 mg of CBD. There's a difference in how these different e-liquids should be consumed. It's suggested that regular daily consumption of
CBD pens be limited to 100mg CBD per ml. For people who only vape CBD on occasion or once a day, a higher milligram of CBD (300 mg or more) could prove to be more beneficial. When purchasing a CBD e-liquid it's important to understand what you're getting.
