Can I Build a Tolerance to CBD?

A CBD vape pen filled with THC has its drawbacks. In most places including the UK, the biggest drawback is that THC is illegal.

That doesn't mean you can’t still enjoy cannabis. Disposable Vape with CBD offer a great way to enjoy the benefits of cannabis without breaking the law. A CBD vape pen is packed full of cannabidiol (CBD). You can also get CBD vape pens that have other cannabinoids like CBN, CBC, CVG, and even trace amounts of THC. You might like to understand what is CBD oil?

CBD products come in three basic varieties in a wide range of flavors and strengths. Those three basic varieties are CBD isolate, full-spectrum CBD, and broad-spectrum CBD. CBD isolate is 99% pure CBD. Full-spectrum CBD contains everything found in industrial hemp including trace amounts of THC. Broad-spectrum contains everything found inside industrial hemp except for THC. It is right to ask, What happens if you drop a disposable vape in water?

Three Different Types Of CBD

Consumers have options between the three based on their own personal needs. Some people prefer to avoid THC and other cannabinoids altogether. They only want pure CBD. In this case, a CBD isolate product is what they would want. Other people want a chance to experience something referred to as the entourage effect. The entourage effect is a process where cannabinoids work better together than when isolated.

The more varieties of cannabinoids present, the better they work. Some people don't want to risk any chance of having THC in their system be it for a job or for personal reasons. If this is the case but you would still like to see what the entourage effect is all about, a broad-spectrum CBD that contains everything except THC is what you'd want. If you want a little THC in with your CBD, you'll want to go after full-spectrum CBD products.

Is Tolerance to CBD Possible?

CBD is like anything else. You can build a tolerance to it. To avoid building a tolerance to CBD make sure that you start by taking the smallest amount possible to accomplish what you're wanting it to do. If you can achieve the results you want by only using 10mg of CBD, there's no need to consume 70mg in a day.

As time progresses and your body becomes more accustomed to taking CBD daily you can gradually increase the amount by 5mg as needed helping you avoid building a tolerance to CBD. Variety is said to be the spice of life. Change things up from time to time. If you have been taking CBD daily for a few months, take a day or two off to see how you feel.

Tips to Avoid Building a Tolerance to CBD

Building a tolerance to CBD is different from building a tolerance to THC. CBD does not produce intoxicating effects because it is not considered psychoactive. THC, however, is psychoactive and the intoxicating effects produced by it are desired by those who use it. As someone builds a tolerance to THC, they consume more and more looking for those intoxicating effects. Because CBD doesn't have those same intoxicating effects, the likelihood of your body showing signs of a tolerance to it is unlikely. It is still possible though.

If you would like to take extra precautionary steps to avoid any potential of building a tolerance to CBD, some good advice is to explore multiple methods of delivery. This means try taking CBD edibles, CBD oral oil, CBD vape, and CBD pharma in rotation. Each one will provide a slightly different method of delivery, ultimately producing slightly different results. Simple variations in our daily routine can keep us from building a tolerance to many different things including CBD.
